I will try a different hotel next time. Very small not many options. For the second year straight, we have been double charged for the room. I will no longer stay at this resort nor will I attend the conference due to this reason. I came along with 12 friends celebrating my birthday. The facility staff was aware of it. Their hotel policy in order to get into the pool was you have to be an hotel guest.
So I booked three rooms. They pool staff were ignorant and rude. They came off a little racist to my friends!!! We all followed hotel policy.
And also they closed the pool at 8 whereas it was supposed to stay open until 1am. Never again will I go back there. Not even for a night outing for drinks!!!! Check-in took over 30 minutes. I was robbed, in my room, on the property and the hotel did very little to help or assist. Outdated rooms. Very lazy, non-caring hotel staff. Casino staff was better and did attempt to help me.
Had a great stay!!! Will definitely be back again real soon. It was my first time ever and I enjoyed it so much! Water out of faucet was brown. Requested two wake up calls that never occurred. The room smelled of smoke and received the wrong dinner. Very nice and homie environment! Great place to stay. Cleanliness, comfortable bedding. The beds are to high,.. Than I had a issue with the heat , the room has hardly any lights. They have a table n chairs n no lighting above.
