Its been over a week now and tracking number says on route to Hub,which is in Coventry! Has Been calling customer line for days now,no explanation,no help,magically huge box have just vanished?
Who takes responsibility for all the thefts? Who will pay for all the damages? Avoid for all costs! I receive weekly deliveries from Germany, Faultless. Deliveries by a very polite Rumanian Driver. Southend on Sea. Very busy as usual. Some of the shunters are a bit erratic, you have to give them plenty of space to maneuver but sometimes this is not possible.
Poor bay lines. Some hardly visible in the dark. But overall its not too bad. I have been importing goods for resale for over 20 years.
All my parcels from Germany have been no problem ever since Parcelforce got involved with Deutchpost from Germany. I have had a consignment stuck in customs for 2 weeks and there only way of contact is via e-mail. The service is incredibly slow, with next to no help what so ever. Call the number and they are the same, useless.
Not to mention the fact, the post office distribution center in Slough, couldnt even give me the correct postcode for there own depot. Really bad service Horrible costumer service. Absolutely mess with deliveries. Worse experience ever! Where is my package its has been 3 weeks now since you guys collected my parcel you suppose to delivery it to Kenya but unfortunately I havent? Please return back my parcel to me so I can use another courier!!
The worst company ever. Terrible customer service. Parcels being lost or stolen. Been on the phone with them everyday for a month now, everyday they tell me a new story: parcel lost, parcel in Italy, parcel in customs, parcel delivered. Absolutely appalling! Never ever again!!!
Total thieves with insane rules!!! Lost postal label in transit, now have to drive from west bromwich to coventry for their incompetent depot. Will not return the parcel back to us. The drivers are treat like a slave. They force drivers to pick up the very heavy parcels alone, they put the drivers to jump up and down the high bay, from them van up the bay to clear the belt from ALL parcels and load the van alone, they force drivers to lift, push, moov and drop heavy parcels higher than shoulder level, alone, on the belts, van, bay, with no training for, no help with heavy parcels and advertised about if we are not doing that loading, unloading, clean the belt in depo Coventry, we will not have anymore jobs.
I am asking you readers , are you agree with that? The low allowed this? Incompetent and disrespectful people from staff to manager saying that that the parcel is on another address not mine that i given them and the one that the sender putted on the parcel that i bought through etsy. Never in my life i will use their service cause after they see that they are incompetent and made mistakes still dont apologize and sort the matter out but they keep my parcel blocked for 4 to 10 days witch can make me loose a lot of money that i explained to them.
If I could give 0 stars i whould. Parcel released from customs at the National hub with charges on 22nd April I paid the charges but the parcel is still not moving, my local depot have contacted them at least 3 times, no news or parcel. Never had them soo slow before. Anyone that has had deliveries and dealings with these would know why i put 1 star, cause i cant give 0 stars No additional comment.
It spent 2 days from the sender in Cambridge to go to your national sorting hub in Coventry to be then incorrectly sent back to Cambridge awaiting another go at being sent to the correct destination. The destination is Manchester. Can the cost of this delivery be refunded? Courier didnt bother to knock the doors. No call or text, just left info that parcel will be deliver next day I was unable to catch him when I went down to open doors as I hear mailbox. Ruin my day off. Paid for a package a gift might I add!
To go from Edinburgh to Ashford Kent. My package was sorted and sent to depot Guess what, it went to the wrong depot!!! Then rather than send it from Tonbridge to Ashford which is 40 minutes away, they sent it to the national sorting hub Not a happy customer! The driver goes to them all day and you cannot take a break in the company. You have to stand in a truck on the street without a toilet. A terrible place. This is a a really disastrous , I should have received a parcel a month ago with them.
Absolute disgrace of a company. Lost several parcels and then gave me proof of delivery which had absolutely no details on it whatsoever! We sent a parcel from Switzerland, more then one month and half ago, to our son in London.
The parcel contain his personal used clothes. We have been contacted first from UPS, then after giving them all the items details and value, as they request, they said they do not have the parcel and said to write another email with parcel force.
After many email, we have been asked for a proof of study of my son. We do not understand the reason why of this questions that is an invasion of privacy too. Anyway because the unbearable delay and because this delay cause a healthy damage to my son, we asking to resend our parcel back to Switzerland immidiately.
Instead of confirmation for our request they just wrote that we didnt gave what they are asking for. We waiting for a reply ASAP or we will inform the competent authorities and request a fair compensation for the damage caused here. Ordered a package from Spain, seller used GLS and they then handed it over to Parcelforce and they sent it to the wrong depot, I do not know how they could have mixed it up as it was sent to the Liverpool depot instead of the Newcastle Upon Tyne depot.
I know the other Newcastle, Newcastle-under-Lyme, is near Liverpool, but is still do not know how someone Gould have mixed them especially since my postcode begins with NE and not ST. I am in Cypus waiting for it. The tracking info still says it is at the international hub which is about 30 miles down the road, some 12 days later. Not impressed to say the least..
Sent box to usa on 9th. Tracking showed arriving at Coventry then Birmingham. Box then wasnt sent due to further details being needed regarding food items this was on documentation included on box, checked by post office it then was returned to Basingstoke and to Coventry and Birmingham TWICE where it now sits.
Called today as we werent advised personally of hold up to be told it was a candle details logged perfectly fine on documentation that was the issue and all they could do was to try resending it or returning to us. Guy on phone stating it more than likely there was no issue with item but that parcelforce are holding many items due to vast amounts received on run up to Christmas. Apparently many items due to ship are still at depots and theres a huge backlog.
He advised itll not be anytime soon before item is sent and then received so dont hold your breath. To say Im amazed is an understatement. And to suggest it was us not providing correct details that was to blame. We meticulously made sure descriptions were made in every detail and asked at point of posting if we could provide anything further which we were told wasnt necessary.
Contacting parcelforce twitter i was told, speak to royal mail and not parcelforce as they sent it to them It should be the company whos services youre using who investigates and fixes any issues with delivery of item s and not the customer. Avoid parcelforce!!!! Modern day highwaymen. Need to nationalise this co, just now they are a disgrace to the U.
Honestly, I will never be ordering anything that is being shipped via Parcelforce ever again. If you actually want a decent service then avoid at all costs! First my parcel was sitting at the depot for 20 days despite me paying customs charges straight away. Then after a month, my parcel was attempted to be delivered.
I refused it several times due to it not making it in time for a specific occasion and yet they still continued to redeliver it. Fastforward over a month and my parcel has now been stuck in transit for 3 weeks with no contact or help from the company whatsoever.
Really bad and long time, long way to take my parcels. I ordered something from Korea and it arrived in the UK last Friday. However, it just came to Parcelforce Nation hub 2 days ago but today is still no information about customs charges. Also, last time, my parcels took long time as well.
